Let's Get Ready Network Shop — Shipping & Returns Policy
How We Make Your Order
All products in the Let's Get Ready Network Shop are made to order — that means nothing is printed until you buy it. We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship every order, so your gear is custom-made just for you.
Processing & Fulfillment
Once you place your order, it goes into production. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as it's on its way.
Shipping Times
United States Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment. Express shipping (1–3 business days) is also available at checkout.
Canada Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment, with express options available at checkout.
Heads up: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated date, give it a few extra days before reaching out.
Canadian Orders & Customs
If you're ordering from Canada, your package may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon delivery. These fees are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) if you have questions about what may apply to your order.
Where's My Order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email. If your order hasn't arrived and it's past the estimated delivery window, here's what to do:
- Check your tracking link for any carrier updates
- Verify your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
- If something still seems off, email us at contact@letsgetreadynetworkshop.com and we'll look into it
Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged or Wrong Items
We take quality seriously — but if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we've got you.
If there's a manufacturing error or your item arrived damaged, we'll arrange a free reprint or refund. You don't need to return the product — just submit a report.
To report an issue:
- Email contact@letsgetreadynetworkshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem
- Reports must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.
We know that's a bummer if a size doesn't fit — that's why we encourage you to check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
